Having trained in both the UK and the USA—including specialised studies in Stress Management and Counselling at Harvard University—I bring a global perspective to my work. My practice is built on a holistic approach to your well-being. Beyond my specialisation in prostate health, I offer expert stress management coaching. Whether you are navigating chronic anxiety, panic, or social stressors, we will work together to build practical strategies that help you regain your calm, restore balance, and manage the pressures of daily life.

As an accredited Sex Therapist, I specialize in male sexuality and prostate health. Being a prostate cancer survivor myself, I have a deep, personal understanding of the self-esteem and identity challenges that arise both during and after treatment.

When you are dealing with anxiety or the complexities of a health recovery, it is easy to feel isolated—as if you are navigating a difficult path entirely on your own. But those feelings of weight, while real, do not have to be your permanent reality.

My stress management coaching provides more than just a listener; it offers a confidential space to navigate your concerns and build a practical toolkit for the future.
